The museum in Chrudim holds historical town chronicles, guild records, and early prints. Its main manuscript treasures are two richly illuminated 16th-century Renaissance graduals, with the Czech Gradual from 1570 notably containing the oldest known painted view of the town. While the collection does not center on full medieval codices, it preserves late-medieval liturgical book fragments and incunabula.
