This is the oldest and only medieval manuscript in Rájec Library. Former owner was Johannes de Lieuwarden (Franciscan and theologian). Belonged to the library of counts of Kuenburg and Tovačov, who followed the Salms from Neuburg branch and gave their old library with many alchemist writings to the Salms at Rájec. Also a former shelfmark N 79, and exlibris: Ex bibliotheca principis de Salm.
